About Rick
I’m Rick Martin, and my heart is to guide others toward meaningful growth. For more than 34 years, I’ve served as an educator and administrator, including 12 years as a superintendent. Alongside my career in education, I’ve spent over 30 years coaching and training athletes in basketball. Through these experiences, I’ve worked with individuals, schools, and organizations to help them discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and step into leadership with confidence. My passion is to help others find God’s calling in their life — whether in education, business, or sports — and to encourage people everywhere to put their faith into action and live with purpose.
